The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a great area, near the Orillia waterfront and downtown, cafes, boutique stores, and the lake. I stayed in a newly decorated room with 2 double beds and a clean bathroom. I had a wonderful experience at the motel, which served as a perfect starting point for exploring Orillia and its waterfront, downtown, cafes, and boutique stores. The newly decorated room was spacious and had 2 comfortable double beds. The bathroom was spotless, and cleanliness was evident everywhere.

It didn't seem newly renovated as advertised. It didn't have an ice machine or snack facilities

My husband and I went to see a show at Casino Rama. The motel was close to the Casino and it was at a reasonable price. It was close to some of the shopping.
Everything in the Motel was great except for the shower head in the bathroom. When we were using the shower, the water was like pins and needles. Other than that, like I said the motel was great.

The room was very clean, had a small fridge, a kettle, microwave and even a hair dryer. The location is really good, close to the lake. We stayed overnight after a concert in Casino Rama, and for one night there was cheap and clean.

The motel was clean but very old and dated. Newly remodeled consisted of a paint job over numerous other layers of paint and a new sink. The room was extremely small with one double bed, a dresser, a desk, with two old conference chairs and a washroom with a 3/4 size tub, half sink and rocking toilet.
If you are going to advertise your motel as newly remodeled actually remodel it, don't just do bare minimum. All in all you get what you pay for. One night $64.00 We would not book a room there again.
